Levi wanfs are a modern adaption of a 2000 yr old chinese folkm toy commonly called a floating cane previously. Originally made of Bamboo reed and horse hair, the staff is weighted so as to stay upright at all times while moving around creating an illusion of floating in midair.
This is a version of this made for the fire twirling or flow arts community.
