The remote is easy to use too.The robot can also turn 360 degrees.Unlike most robot toys this can be programmed in a progamming mode... it can learn up to 50 commands.I love that it is made of non-toxic ABS plastic material too. It requires 2 1.5v AAA batteries for the controller. The battery in the robot can be charged with the cord that comes with it.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
