I'm a bit disappointed that a deck box designed to be outside on a deck would fade after 6 months of use. My mom's desk box purchased from Big Lots has lasted two years with no fading. Regardless, this deck box assembled easily, and fit perfect in the corner between my outdoor sectional and the house on the deck. Makes a great side table and perfect storage for my sectionals slip-cover. I used it this fall/winter to store my decorative pots. it does seem to be waterproof. If I had to buy it again, I would look for different brand that might not fade and look tacky after half year of use.Great little storage bin, perfect to keep my patio chair pillows clean and dry when not in use. Very easy and fast to put together. It also doubles as a little side table for drinks, snacks or a plant.Perfect for a corner of the deck. Doubles as a place to sit drinks or a plant if you wanted.The pieces were warped in the box making this interlocking product difficult to assemble. Since the pieces are warped the lid does not fully close. I would not recommend this product.Product was so poorly made there is no way to fit the pieces together!!!Impossible to assemble as pieces do not align
